CONCEPT ENGINEERING

The concept engineering phase is the starting point of a project where all possible ideas and designs are evaluated. At this stage, the technical and economic feasibility of the plant is also assessed. The outcomes of this phase include a basic process scheme, preliminary schedule, and a rough cost estimate for the entire project.

At Rumara, we provide the following services in this phase –

BASIC ENGINEERING

The objective of this stage is to produce a comprehensive set of documents that precisely define all the technical requirements for the design of the plant. At this stage, documents produced from concept stages are refined to produce a well-defined starting point for a more detailed process design.

FRONT END ENGINEERING DESIGN

Rumara Engineering provides front-end engineering design (FEED) solutions across industries, and our solutions encompass process engineering, equipment definition, plant layout, material quantification, EPC execution planning and proposals.

DETAILED ENGINEERING

We carry out detail engineering of process plant, utilities and offsites and have executed many projects, which are in operation. The services are provided for recovery units, battery limit process plants and grass root facilities. We have well experienced team of engineers, associates, and draftsmen to provide detail engineering services for process, fabricated equipment, rotating equipment, electrical, instrument and piping.
