Our Process engineering consulting services provides services like Concept Design and Engineering, Basic and Detailed Engineering. The Basic engineering design service comprises of Process flow diagram (PFD), Heat and Material Balance (HMB), Preliminary Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), Preliminary hydraulic calculation, Utility consumption and requirement calculation, Plant scale-up study, Adequacy check of existing or new equipment’s and instruments.

The Detailed engineering service includes P&ID Finalization, Equipment layout, Preparation of pre commissioning, commissioning and start-up manuals, Review of vendor drawing and documents, Process datasheets for final equipment and instruments, Verification pump and line hydraulics, Relief system studies, SIL Study, Cause and Effect diagram, Trip logic, interlocks and Process control, HAZOP Study.
